is this board compatible with the 3000 and the 3200 ram??

its driven by the KT333 chipset, which runs pc2700(DDR333), but it will take pc3000 and pc3200 no problem. there are no chipset out on the market that supports pc3200(DDR400) yet, and the one coming is the KT400 chipset, but if you use those rams on this mobo, you can fine tunes your ram to the most aggressive timing more easily, and allows you to run higher FSB.
