BXMaster BIOS Upgrade Problem
I have a BXMaster mobo that I cannot get the BIOS to flash. I have an 80 gig drive I want to use real badly and also want to upgrade to a faster CPU. According to the manual I have version 3.0A and it has the original 5.0 Award BIOS. I have enabled writing the BIOS by removing the J1 jumper and by disabling the BIOS System Lock in the BIOS soft settings. Yet, when I try to flash I get an "Unknown Flash type" error message. Has anyone run into this and have a fix?
