i fried my damn vid card

i dont know how i did it but i fried my Pny Verto GeForce 4 ti 4400

stupid thing. good thing it has a warranty i rma'd it and i should get it by next thursday

funny thing is i bought a Geforce 2 mx 200 for about 80 bucks as a temp i go fromt he best to the worst in about a day **** happens huh

fried??? do i hear a loose install and push back in why the comp is booting??? lol

My thought's exactly. 99.9999(you get the picture)% of the time cards don't just spontaneously "fry".

well i was upping my fsb quite a bit and i think my card dont like it also the first time it messed up i was pushing the cpu pretty hard. plus i tried new drivers. i dont know

how do you know your video card messed up? Or how do you know its fried? You have to be more specific. Have you tried repluggin the card, usually that fixes most problems
