future power 400watt dual fan psu

i have liked this psu for a long time, it always keeps 5v and 4.99 never had any other problems untill recently, it has stayed around 4.98 to 4.88v and when i took my new/old duron up to i dont know what its suposed to be but i think 1.85 it was at 1.9 wich i thought was cool, till it fluxuated from that and 1.89 and then down to 1.86 everyonce and a while... and it usually keep s my xp1700 at 1.87 instead of 1.85....

im kinda informing you not to get this psu, its really nice, its pretty quiet, gots dual fans.... quite a few power connectors.....

but anyone know anything i can do to this besides what Hoot did to his to make it always 5v?

oh btw this duron is 850 and im now running it stock and the voltage stays at 1.63 instead of 1.6, wait i just saw it hit 1.6 for a second, its now back...
