I'm ready to put an order for all the water cooling supplies. I'm pretty sure that I'm going to be ordering everything from D-teck.

What I plan to get:

Radiator: Pro Core with Shroud
Fan: Enermax Adjustable 120mm Fan
Pump/ Reservoir: Aluminum Reservoir /w Pump (200ghp)
Block: Gemini p4 normal volume

Now with the tubing which whould be better to use the 1/2'' or the 3/8'' ? They say the 3/8'' can fit over 1/2'' barbs. If I were to use the 1/2'' tubing how would it fit on the gemini 3/8'' barbs ?

Lastly do you think thats a good buy for a water cooling system ?

Thanks for the replies in advance.

1/2" is too much for 3/8" barbs.

I'd go with 3/8", you don't need any more.
Only thing i'm thinking is if you should get some other pump... I'm gonna let somebody else comment on that tho.

On a side note, how are those enermax fans..? anyone?

If you want to use 1/2" tubing, I would suggest that you get a wb that has 1/2" fittings on it. There would be no reason to run 1/2" tubing if your wb has 3/8" fittings and you would have to use adapters to hook the 1/2" tubing to the wb. The radiator/shroud combo that they sell is real nice; that is what I'm using. I'm running a 86 cfm Panafo 120 on my rad though. I also have an enermax 120 that I'm using on another case as an intake fan and I find that it is a little noisier than the Panaflo, but not too much noisier. Also, if at all possible I'd try to keep my pump out of the res if I were you so that the pump motor isn't dumping the heat it produces into the cooling water. I'm using an Eheim 1250 mounted outside of my homemade reservoir so that I'm not dumping any more heat into my cooling system besides the heat coming from the proc. D-Tek seems to be a good company to deal with; they processed my rad/shroud order promptly and shipped it well protected.

Get the HIGH FLOW Gemini. No reason to not. Also, get all 1/2" ID tubing. Again, no reason to not. Less resistance=moreflow=better temps.
