There is no real "best" brand. Normally it is whatever your CDRW prefers. I have good luck w/ TDK, Princo and Fuji. My Lite On runs great using these.
Go to the CDRW makers website and see if they post supported CDR media.
The one's that are the lowest in price or free after a mail in rebate
people are going to get mad at me but
they all work the same !!!

Can't find the link, but PCWorld did a test about 5 months ago, and I remember that the Yamaha's were the ones that had the least amount of "bad" discs, while Sony had the most.

Havn't had a problem w/ memorex's yet... been using them for quite a while...
Same with SmartBuy / Pine, and Acer...
I've only ever had a few bad CDs, including a couple sonys.

ive went through about 300 fujifilms without a single bad disc on my plextor or lite-on. i also used imation with very few bad discs. the only brand i wont buy again is acer. i got a spindle of them for $5 at best buy, burnt about 20 discs and maybe 3 came out ok. maybe i got a bad spindle, but im still sticking with my fujifilms.
