Update BIOS on P4T533-C?

Just mounted my new board in my new Lian-Li etc. I'm waiting on the CPU(2.26 533) and RDRAM(Mushkin PC-1066 256X2) but have a question. I've seen posts where people have had all sorts of problems with the inital setup. I'm gonna run 2000 to start with. Should I immediately update the BIOS? Will this avoid these problems?

What problems are you talking about? Most the problems I see are:

-Overclocking
-adj'able FSB
-adj'able VCore
-USB Mouse

But they're all minor ones about running the system out of spec. If you're gonna do stock you should be fine. Just install and forget is about it.

I have not got into OC'ing...Yet. I'll be running stock for a few days anyway to burn the system in, but I'm gonna see what the limits are! That's why I joined this forum.
