Quiet Heatsink&Fan for Celetron FCPGA2?

My computer celeron 1.1a@1.47GHz sits in the bedroom, so I want to make it as quiet as possible. I use the retail intel heatsink and fan and I find it quite noisy, I need 1.7v to reach 133FSB so passive cooling is out of question. Does anybody with experience with quiet FCPG2 H&F? I have three vantec stealth case fans (21dba each) and a super quiet PSU, the combined noise from these four fans is almost non existant compared to intel fan.:(

I would imagine that a Thermalright AX7 with a 80 mm Panaflo L1A would cool the hell out of that tualeron, provided your mobo has the room around the socket to mount the beast. It has a clip that uses all the tabs on the socket too.
