ok im only looking for the best card for the money to play these two games: delta force 1,2 and operation flashpoint. which card won't tax the cpu too much in 2d and 3d. im looking for a strong 2d card for the delta force. which is the strongest? my cpu is 1.1 celeron tualatin with a tnt2 right now. here is my choice so help me.
apolla kyro2 $45 total
sis 315 $40 (strong 2d?)
herculas kyro2 $60 total
radeon 32ddr dd $50 total

is the herculas worth the extra 15dollars. i know the chip is the same but i can not find one single review on the apolla.

You may want to steer away from the Kyro cards since STMicroelectronics (The maker of the Kyro chip) is looking to sell their graphics chip business. The future support for that graphics GPU may not be so great in the future.

As for the remaining cards, I know that the Radeon will deliver excellent visual quality, but I have no experience with the SIS 315 chipset. Both will probably deliver similar performance in 2D, though.

I got a Radeon 32MB SDR [PCI] for this P// 400, everything was smooth + the DVD on ATI can't be touched.

Out of the choices listed there, get the Radeon. It's worth the extra few bucks. ^_^
