I just wanted to say that HeatsinkFactory (http://www.heatsinkfactory.com/) has excellent customer service. They answered my e-mail and took care of the situation within 3 minutes!

I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Not to disagree with you, but it sounds like their CS performed like they were supposed to.

Isn't it sad when we have to praise someone for doing what they;re SUPPOSED to do? To me this says far too many people are NOT treating customer like they should.

Well, yes and no. I believe they went above and beyond what standard CS would dictate. The issue was MY fault not theirs. Many companys would have just said, "Sorry, our policies say blah, blah. You'll just have to suck it up." But HeatsinkFactory was nice enough to help me out.
