Help extreemly low 3dmark 2000 score!

hey all, I just got a new system, I built it myself. It is composed of a T-bird 1200, 256mb pc 133 ram, geforce 2 gts 32mb the newest driver. abit kt7a mobo, maxtor 60gb 7200rpm hd. and my 3dmark score is only 3008 . whats wrong!!!!!

I used the default settings, and my vid card is at 400mhz ddr stok gpu speed

Did You install VIA 4in1 drivers?
This will increase dramatically your score!
