excuse my newbish question, but what is a bong-cooled pelt? i think i know what a pelt(ier) is, but what is the bong cooling it? i mean, call me crazy, but isn't a bong a sometimes elaborate device for the smoking of marijuana? obviously there is another definition, so what is it? :P
