i burned in my memory....

I couldnt do 155mhz with my PC2100, so burned it in overnight using the memory benchmark from Sandra. I was able to boot at 155mhz, do a memory benchmark without crashing, which i couldnt do before, but 3Dmark2001se crashes during the first test, so im guessing its not stable. My cpu is running at 1637mhz at stock voltage and is stable, passing cpu benchmarks without freezing. The funny thing is i got less for my mem benchmark than i did at 150mhz... should i just give up and run it at 150mhz or burn it in at 155 and try for higher?

Ok, i redid the test and i got much higher... but still, im worried its not stable because of 3DMark2001 crashing. This is with all agressive timing.
