where do you find memory info?

I'm a newbie to all this protocol about memory numbers...4:3..4:5.. 2,2,2,5 etc...and the knowledge of fsb/memory speed when it comes to overclocking...will someone tell me where I can find this information/clarification....i'm planning on overclocking my P4 1.8a, asus p4s533, samsung pc2700 512MB when the parts get here....
