anyone know if this performs well cause i do not want to go through all the trouble of setting up pelts on my own just to fry my cpu :)

What cpu will you be using and what will be your target fsb, voltage and mult settings? Wattage of the pelt too.

Probably gonna run a xp 1800+ as high as i can get it stabily dunno yet wanna get something cheap but decent till hammers come out

Tricky question that. My own system gave me 1870 out of a XP1600 but some get higher out of the new AROIA's (mines an AGNGA). If u are going PIV u may get one of those magic 1.6's to fly. The expense of setting it all up, on reflection, was a labour of love rather than a performance masterpiece. Pure watercooling seems to be all that's needed for a lot of ppl :)

now this is interesting. if i was to purchase one of these, would it still be necessary to safeguard against condensation elsewhere, or is that already covered with this thing?
