Cooling Ambient?

Ok, my room is really hot (85) and my case temp is even worse. What can I do to cool the room down without using A/C? Is there something like a mini A/C I can use...? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Use fans to keep the air moving. That helps lots.

If you can duct incoming air thru the AC with a drainoff for water, then you wont risk condensation in the PC. MINI-ACs would work pretty well, like a dehumidifier.

if your going to stick with air cooling, the only solution will be to get a window ac unit, or one of those swamp coolers if you live in a low humidty climate. i'm in a muggy clime, myself, so it's no use to me.
