will the abit KR7A take 2700 ram running at default speeds/fsb?

and if i WAS running at default fsb woudl there be any point in having 2700 over 2100?

Yes any type of PC2xxx ram will work in any DDR System. There's no advantage if you're going to be running PC2700 and at stock FSB 133 (PC2100).
