chaintek gf3 ti200 oc

right now its at 215/490.
whats the safest oc'ing i could do with retail cooling, plus a fan on the side of my case blowing on the agp slot?

I have a Visiontek GF3 Ti200 and the highest I could get without problems was 560/250. I backed off for everyday use to 530/230.

and was that with just the stock cooling? no extra stuff?

I replaced the stock HSF and put a crystal orb on.
