limited ram speeds!

I have corsair xms3000 and i can hit 429mhz at 2-3-3-3-5 and 2.7v, but if i change the volt to 2.9 and put settings to lowest i dont get any more speed. Shouldnt i get at least some?
 
Sounds like its just maxed out at that speed. Thats a pretty good speed if you ask me though. Mine needs 2.8v to be stable at 192.
