I think best performance are from a copper base
and alluminium wings..

crystal orb have a too thin base and poor wings IMHO ;)

it is not worth it, where i am there is almost no differnce in price between the blue orb and crystal orb. there is a huge difference in performce though even with the mod because of the alumium fins and the joint that will reduce heat transfer.

I saw only a rewiew and crystal orb was only 1°C cooler than
blue orb...

I think it has too little base and fins.....
