DDR = Double Data Rate Memory
SDR = Standard Data Rate Memory
RDRAM = Rambus Memory
CRIMM = Device that fills up empty RAM slots fooling the board that it has 2xsticks of 0MB memory. (Some P4 boards need all the memory slots filled.)

I'm pretty sure its not single data rate memory because ddr is often called ddr sdram.
