A buddy of mine is hooking me up with 128mb PC2400 Corsair DDR ram at $40 only. The thing is I have an Epox 8KHA+ and even though MB supports up to PC2100 can I still use the PC2400? I am going to O/C so will this be okay having a higher DDR ram then usual?

It should work fine, the higher rating just means it's been tested to run at a higher speed, this is helpful if your gonna overclock. PC2100 is rated at 133Mhz, PC2400 should be rated at 150Mhz so that gives you a little overhead to play with before you need to push the ram past it's rated limit.
