Memory best settings..

Bank Interleave Disabled,2bank,4bank
Precharge to act trap 2,3
Active to precharge 5,6
Active to CMD 2,3
Dram command rate 1t,2t
ddram burst len 4,8
cpu read dram mode slow.medium,fast

These are the settings I can change in my bios, what are the optimal settings to use for my ram if cpu stays stable?

I have 1.6 P4 Nortwood at 133fsb with 256 ddr pc2100 samsung memory on a soltek 85drv-3 mobo

I'm not sure about all the others, but you want your cas latency to be as low as possible. In other words, set that to 2.

The fastest settings are
Cas Lat - 2
Interleave - 4
Precharge - 2
Active to precharge - 5
Active com - 2
Command rate - 1t
burst - 8
mode - fast

Depending on the memory and speed it may not take these settings and you would have to play wit them to get the best results. If set as above and there are problems the try setting mode to medium first. Then play with cas.
