Well after buying my logitech wireless mouse i decided it was poorly designed with no on/off switch, so after using a ton of batteries i decided it was time to put in a switch in it here are the pics

You can save JPEG's in MS Paint. See the attached pic.
That is a sweet mod of the mouse! My mom has the same mouse, purchased a while ago; haven't had to change them Duracell's yet! :p

Starfox, even after I go and download the pictures on 56K I scroll down while they are downloading and see the pictures. You wasted 10 seconds of my life! How dare you!

Open an MSPaint window, and then drag a JPEG file into it. When you choose "Save As" from the File menu, JPEG should be one of the available file formats.

I am almost positive I could save JPEG's in earlier versions... like 98. Maybe I am way off here...

The only version of Paint that can't open/save jpegs is windows 95. Or that might be gifs. But 2000 should definately be able to save as jpegs.
Here at work I'm currently on a box running win95. The only options for saving in msPaint, is various colordepths bmp files! No gif, no jpeg, no nothing..
With 98 Second Edition and Win2k Adv I can save as a JPEG. you have to go to "Save As" and not just "Save"

quote from website's "Battery Care" page:
"Never dispose of batteries in fire, as they could explode."

it was really easy to do i had it done in about 25 minutes the only real hard part was trying to find a switch that small i finally found one in an old sony walkman so i desoldered it and just cut the positive line and hooked it up to the switch i will try to take some pics of it apart if they are needed
