ASUS GForce3 deluxe

I have a few questions about the ASUS GForce3 deluxe.

First, where can I find a review of this card? I have found it for sale but ASUS itself doesn't even mention it on its site. I want <video in> options and TV out options. But I can't confirm that it has these options.

Second, will these extra options reduce the cards overclockablity?

Third, do any of the other Gforce3 cards have video in and TV out options?

I think they do I know they atleast have s-video out and an out for flat panel displays with a normal CRT display out.
