Hi Brian,
Hopefully soon on a 3200 DDR 512. Here is the problem with this (and the reason that
the 256 DDR is back ordered) The Samsung revision of the CHIP dye that was used for
these has been discontinued. The newer revision of this Dye does not compare to the
other as far as overclocking. We are working with them on trying to get the older
revision in stock, but so far we have only had access to limited quantity.
We do have a build going currently, though only about 50-100 modules will be
available, so these will go pretty quick. If you place an order for these in
advance you will get a reservation on one.
I hate to put this all on Samsung, but they are also the reason for the backorder on
the 1066 Rambus.
These are in worldwide shortage right now, and we have only received about 40 of
each the 128, and 256 thus far. (even though a few hundred of each were on order)
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but hopefully these items will be back in stock
soon.
