How do I make SETI run as a service on all user accounts on a Win XP Professional box?

If you check out our new AMDMB.COM SETI website (http://thepond.amdmb.com/~seti/index.html) you will find a tutorial written by myself on exactly how to do this in the FAQ section (it's actually for SETIDriver but is easily adapted for just the CL client).
