Oh man... Win3.11...
There is no DUN in win 3.11
The only prog I've ever used on it to get online was a very old (no longer supported) version of Compuserve. So, for dial-up all I can say is Good luck.
Or mabey Hyperterminal? I don't even remember if it's on there or not.

Upgrade to W95 a 486 50Mhz can run it ample, otherwise the net looks like a distant star....

Unfortunately, Windows 3.1 is so old that the Internet wasn't the ubiquitous service that it is today, and Windows 3.1 doesn't come with Internet connection programs. But all is not lost -- you can still use your Windows 3.1 computer to connect to the Internet, read your e-mail, and browse the Web. Your system may not be as fast as your neighbor's, but the price is right.
Most ISPs can give you a copy of the Trumpet Winsock shareware program or the Shiva TCP/IP package that comes with Netscape -- just ask your ISP. Trumpet Winsock is freely available shareware (we thought that you would like that, although you should register and pay for it if your provider hasn't done so for you). They may also give you a copy of Eudora Light, the freeware version of the popular Eudora e-mail program, and possibly Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer.

Eesh. Win95 OSR2 needs a bunch of patches to get with the Web properly. Let's hope that the URL's(write 'em down!) posted by UnseenMenace are the magic bullets!
