DirectX Uninstall Help

AS in the title, I was wondering how to uninstall DirectX, since I installed 8.1 on my voodoo nothing works, and there seems to be no uninstall program..

b4 u uninstall it u might want to run "dxdiag" in the run menu in ur start bar. then go from there if it still doesnt work it will tell u wats wrong.

I just need to uninstall it m8, I realised that my GFX doesnt support DX 8.1 but it supports up to 7.0.

i not recommend you to try uninstalling it.
in my opinion its far better to make a new OS installation than attempting at uninstalling only directx, because its just not supposed to do it.
i tried that once and nothing was as it should be. you may run across other new problems, corrupted files from both versions of directx.
however, not just because the card has not the support for the directx8 resources it would not work at all. but since this is your problem youre better doing a new os installation than removing directx.
