my 12 volts is low:(

i think i remember you guys saying to load the 5 volts to steady the 12 but i cant find it in a quick search. i added a second psu to run my fans and my pelt. i noticed the pelt not working well anymore and sure enough my 12 line on that salvaged psu was only at 11(cheacked with multi metter)
now i switched my main psu to run just the motherboard and pelt but it cant hold very good either(11.4 with a multi meter)

you guys got any sugestions?

ok so this bandaid fix is not working either. my main power supply(300w) thats running the mobo and the pelt(85w) is now reading 11.2 on the 12
