program to tell me RAM speed!!!!!

I need a program that will tell me how fast my ram is running at. Sandra lies so please do not suggest it

The reason I need it is to double check what I believe about a setting in the bios for my 8K3A. Here is the thread that made me want to find out for sure. http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&postid=806620&t=2354#post806620

Why not? if you can find what speed the FSB is running at why not the memory?

No one has made one yet for asynchronus memory settings.
You can try the latest version of wcpuid and see if can correctly id the memory speed with your chipset but I doubt it.
Click the little arrow at the top right of wcpuid.

Thanks. It is not shown in wcpuid but it would make a nice little addition to it

I know you already found your solution, but I believe that memtest86 also gives ram speed. (it runs off a bootable floppy). -- Paul
