This is really two questions, I want to know how I can oc my radeon 7500 without overclocking my pci. I have only one pci slot, its a video capture card I use for watching tv (29" monitor) :)

I think if I put it out of spec it might get screwed up.

Other question: how do you find those speed ratios? like I know the radeon 7500 is stock at 290/230, but how would I find how mine is running? I've looked with wpcuid, and sandra...but haven't seen it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Rosco

You don't mess with the AGP speeds when overclocking your video card. The AGP speed is the speed of the slot the card is mounted in, when you overclock a card you up the speed it's internal GPU runs at. It doesn't change the AGP speed when you do that. Check out 3dguru.com, they might have some info on the Radeons.

Link didn't work: http://www.3dguru.com/

So how then do you overclock the gpu, and how do you get a report of the current speeds?

www.guru3d.com/ . I'm not sure if Riva tuner works with Radeons or not. But the utility you use for overclocking will tell you what your GPU/memory speeds are. They have a nice how to on vid card overclocking there as well.
