pc parts in sig...
BIX radiator, maze3, tygon tubing, eheim 1250, 2x 120mm enermax adjustable fans. All moving about 14 oz of water and water wetter. temps are: (with asus pc probe) 44 idle, 47 load
load= prime95 torture test for ~3 hours... All of this tucked into a midsize aluminum case that sucks... but is easy to mod, and doesn't weigh a thing. ie: my pc all put together, watercooling too, weighs the same as antec case with psu. I used the highly accurate " hmmm feels the same to me" method... but it DID feel about the same...
and right now i'm o/c'd to 1846 at these temps....
check the sig.
I have a compunurse with the tip trimmed so the actual probe is touching the core and I'm usually 38-40C. hit 43 yesterday when it was reeeeaaal hot in my house until the AC went on.
Oh, btw, those temps are all 100% load. I don't even know what idle is anymore (http://www.overclockers.ws)

The pc specs:
Athlon XP1700 unlocked
Epox 8KHA+ ...volt mods: vcore and Hoot's 5v mod
256mb generic pc2100
a hard drive
cd
cdr
Chenming mid tower (the common one :) )
Enermax 431w psu
cpu is at 2v
ram at 3.1v
Water cooling parts:
Swiftech H202c kit (QPower without the case)
radiator is external, 2 mechatronics 120mm fans, shroud box
tubing is lengthened for experimentation purposes, etc, and right now I have a second small pump to see if boosting flow rate helps compensate for long lines....doesn't look like it matters.
Temps:
ambient- 27c
water- 31c
case- 28c
cpu- 44c
temps are pretty bad right now: insulated for a chiller system, and after running a short while- 24hrs- found that a solder joint let go. Temps have been 4 to 6c higher since.

he good thread, BUMP!
athlonXP 1600+, back at 1.85ghz 2.13vcore (need to update the sig)
37-40c load (whats idle??:)), depending on house temps. temps are taken with the flat DigiDoc 5 thermal sensor krazy glued running along the side of the core (trimmed a bit too, its as close to actualy touching the coe as its ever gonna be)
Danner 500gph mag drive, Swiftech MCW462-UH 1/2in block, D-tek 87 chevette heatercore w/shroud, and 1 130cfm 120mm Sunon high flow radiator fan, all 1/2in silicon tubing(ordering Tygon now)
silicon tubing sucks, u lose a lot of water to "sweating" of the tubes:(
Tygon looks to be a good choice

Most is in my sig but here goes
DD maze 2 lapped to a beautiful luster LOL
Ford heatercore mounted in the top of the case sideways to allow air to blow in on side, through the core and right back out.
Aquavia 1300 pump
1/2 silicone hose
NO res
water wetter.
the machine is currently gutted because the motherboard fried, had nothing to do with the WC setup. It doesn't leak.
never once ran over 32C full load.

what are measuring temps with? why not Vmod and crank the speed with that good of a cooling setup? i bet u could push 2.3vcore and not go over 42c, prolly not 40.
1.9ghz 1600+'s are nice:D

from those speeds it seems that he doesnt have a agoia stepping.... if he did im sure he would know better than to just let it go that slow;)

My home brewed H2O unit consist of a 90 gph home depot
special, transdap trany cooler and a home made slot 1/A water
block that I have shimmed up with a .150 thousandth thick
cold plate to clear all the mobo stuff. It keeps my AMD1400
running 1500, 150X10 @ 45*C 100% load. The key to this
system is the 5 gal. reservoir. With the old 2 gal it would slowly
creep up in temp.
I have a 200 gph pump and I'm looking for copper for my
revised system some guys last night turned me on to some grate
sites for raw materials. I'm going to a p4 1.8a along with the
up dated H2O cooler. My current cooler has been around
since 1999.
