does running the pci at 39mhz and agp at 78mhz okay?

Is the computer running, and is it stable under full load for long periods of time (many hours of 3Dmark, folding, prime95...)? If you can answer yes to both questions, I'd say you're OK.

However, something in my system doesn't like PCI speeds over 38 MHz. The limit is different for every piece of hardware, so if you're stable, go with it.
