new fan grill.....test pattern

been playing with a new program and came up with this flame grill , did the design freehand... have a few spots that need redoing but dosnt look too bad...:)

oh, and yes the bolt holes are not centered... the material moved during cutting...oops

Im using a Flow Waterjet... starting to make custom grill in my spare time...

PS.. Skip gave me the OK to make O/C grills if anyone is interested...

That looks pretty cool. The only thing I'm worried about is the flame section bending easily. Maybe if the flame was larger it could connect to the rim in more places.

I would really like one, but I'd have to see a finished product first. The OC logo kicks ass, but I wouldn't want one if it obstructs airflow like the "Radiation" laser cut fan grills.
