Take a close look at this:

At the bottom of this page, the author discusses the possibility that both Intel and AMD integrate heating elements into their processors in order to promote the CPU cooling industry.

What's your spin on this issue?

I'm a fool sometimes. Never mind this post!

[quote]This article was written as a humoristic editorial. If any of you feel like trying out our tips, please feel free to do so, but I can guarantee it will not work. Do not blame us if anything goes wrong (and believe me -- it will). My best characterization on an attempt to duplicate what we have just done on a working processor is "massive stupidity".

With that said, certain elements used in this article is true. For those of you that are really into core logic of processors or just curious on how stuff works, I recommend the following articles:[quote]

I don't know if you were seriously believing the article or not.. but if it was true.. *which it's not* Why would they be making smaller processors that create less heat?

It sure is:

gul·li·ble Pronunciation Key (gl-bl)
adj.
Easily deceived or duped.

Which is exactly what someone is if they believe that article.:) :D :)

Umm, Hardware Man, I believe that was a joke, hehee. As in:

- Did you know gullible isn't in the dictionnary?
- Is that true??
- I'm telling you.
- Wow, that's amazing!! Who would've thought? Wait till I tell my friends!

Get it now? ;)

Now back to reading the article. So far I learned that a hammer is an indispensable tool to unlock a CPU (with the help of a chisel of course)

The key to spiritual enlightenment can be found if you follow this excercise:

Assume whatever position you prefer for prayer and repeat the following mantra very slowly.

Oh Wah, Ta Goo, Si Am.

If you do this 500 times you will learn the key to the universe.
