40ns Samsung RDRAM - Keep it or not?

I ordered 2x256 sticks of 45ns Samsung RDRAM and what I got was 40ns instead. This is going into a TH7IIR with a 2.2a Northwood (coming tomorrow). I only need to get the FSB to 120 to get things where I want them. But I keep hearing about "OC issues" with the 40ns sticks. So, do I keep the 40ns (will it let me go to 120) or do I send it back and keep looking for some 45ns? All help appreciated.

hmm isn't 40 better than 45 in terms ?

I dont know how RDRAM works but usually, a lower access time will result in a better overclock.
