is kyro II out and available? is it worth it if I don't wanna upgrade for atleast 1 year or should I wait for kyro III[supposedly two chips with a T&L unit...now that would be nice]. I usually play demanding fps games like Unreal Tournament. what do you think? the benchmarks were pretty good. It killed Geforce 2 MX and in some cases GF2 GTS.should I get it or should I choose one from the Nvidia line?[gf3 is insanely expensive so I will forget about that]

I think the Radeon LE is the best bet at the moment. You can flash the BIOS on the card to upgrade it to a standard Radeon 32 DDR. At that point it's pretty much comparable to a GF2 GTS, all for the cost of $70. That should hold you over until the Radeon II, Geforce4/3Ultra, Matrox G550, S3 and Kyro III come out. Either that or the Kyro II should do you fine.

At the moment the graphics industry is rather stagnant. Until the other cards come to market, you're best off sitting tight and just buying a low-end/budget card if you need one.
