A Geforce2 GTS with 6ns memory has a bandwidth of 5.3GB/sec. What is the banswidth of the Leadtek/Puma Enhanced GTS with 5.5 ns. Is it around 5.8GB/s like they claim?

The memory latency is irrelevant if you want to know bandwidth. To calculate bandwidth you need to know frequency in MHz and memory bus width ie:64,128 bit.
