Okay, i have the CD drivers in. Someone tell me Step by step in a printer friendly version @ how to get the best performance detonators/drivers, wahtever in and working. URLs will be okay, helps me later.

GeForce faq (http://www.geforcefaq.com/faq.html) is a good place to check every now and then.
For good detonators, I suggest running atleast 11.01, under w2k.

The cool thing about the Detonator 11.01 drivers is that it comes with a self installer program that is painless and easy. It basically is idiot proof and automatically installs the driver set. Don't forget to install DirectX8 if you're using the 10.xx drivers or above. Otherwise, the regular drill is to install the standard VGA video adaptor drivers, reboot, then install the new video drivers, and then reboot again. Now it's time to tweak and benchmark.

A good tweak tool is NVmax from http://tweakfiles.com as this now only allows you to tweak but also downloads the latest drivers, in normal and Beta formats.

If you dont care about your warentee you may wish to consider hacking it so that it displays as a Quadro http://www.tweakhardware.com/guide/quadro/

You can do the install thingy like this:
D/L 11.01 and newer driver.
Unpack 11.01 to a directory and unpack new.new driver in there too. In this order.
Run the setup. Voila! I used that for a while, then got bored with the time it takes to do that.
