Ok, my chip is originally a TBird 1333. It runs PERFECTLY at 1663Mhz @ 2.15V (epox 8K3a @ ~175Mhz fsb), but CPU Cool shows the cpu temp getting up to around 53C at full load. The temp sensor doesn't actualy touch the back of the cpu, so I know it isn't going to be completely accurate... should I be concerned over this?

Both the cpu and chipset (and soon the GF4) are watercooled (chipset shows 30C) and I finally have enough airflow to keep the water temp steady. Prime95 never shows any errors and I can run multiple loops of 3DMark2001se without ever crashing. Everything is fine for now, but are these temps likely to cause problems in the future? Thanks in advance.

That's a little high, but not too bad. Let me ask you this: Has the ambient (room) temperature where the computer is located gone up? It is Summer afterall, and this is a common problem. Another thing to consider is whether or not your waterblock is making good contact with the cpu. And did you use AS3? Your temps aren't at a dangerous level so I wouldn't worry too much. Lower is always nicer though, isn't it? :)
