Why do you want a proxy?

Win9xME2k: Internet Connection Sharing
Win9xME2k: AnalogX's Proxy (for very small networks.. few port forwarding options)
Win9xME2k: Wingate (for larger networks)
Win9xME2k: Sygate (" " ")
Unix/Linux: Routed
Unix/Linux: Squid

Any of the above are good, depending on what you are using it for.

Why do you need to use a proxy? There are other options:
-If you get multiple IPs, just directly connect it (via hub/switch, etc)
-Get a router, and it works as a proxy.
-Use the proxy AS the webserver.
-Use the webserver AS the proxy (it's gotta be left on anyway...)
