What can i use to cover my edges in my case.. I was gonna use the car trim stuff but it won't fit over my edges. There is a pic of my case

Like was said in the thread, around the AMD logo, you could bevel it as best you can w/ a sanding attachment on your Dremel, and take a sharpie to it.

As for the hole, what you could do is take some neopreen hose and cut it down the middle, paint it, and use that (that's what I did, and it looks pretty good. Click the linky in the sig)

neopreen hose? Sorry i don't know which hoses are which. Is this something like i would use to watercool my computer? Can i get it ace hardware? Also did u put the plexi-glass/lexan behinde the hole or is it acutlly set in there? I can't tell in the pics.

PS... automotive vacuum hase is what he's talking about. And you can get the silicone vacuum hose in colors too..

Exactly. It's got some fiber in it for strength, but you don't really see that.
