I just purchased a new setup (see my signature below for specs) and still suffer from jittery divx/video cd and DVD playback. I had this issue under windows 98, 95, and 2000 in the past, but thought it was a hardware issue. I've just about replaced every piece of hardware I have.
I also lost the ability to overclock my Leadtek video card. I might try the registry hack to open it... Leadtek doesn't offer a set of drivers for w2k, so I have to use the detonators. I think this fools the winfox app and prevents the hardware monitor and speedrunner from working.
