win2k boot

i have just recently installed win2k, which is the only OS on this computer, but when it boots it gives an option to choose win2k or 'unidentfied operating system on drive c' and wait 30sec before timing out, is there any way of getting rid of this so that it boots stright in to win2k. if any understood that,

show hidden files and edit the boot.ini file, it is C:\
