When did this info come out about the samsung 2700 chips being better at ctl than dtl?
Geez, now only to complicate buying memory more you have to watch what batch you get besides on what brand..
Figures I'd have dtl.....

About 5-6 weeks ago. The same time newegg changed the picture of the samsung on their site.

That's wierd..
I've been watching the price of the samsung memory on Newegg and TCWO for awhile now. Today was the first day, I noticed, that newegg had a choice of 2 on the samsung 256 sticks..
I ended up buying some from TWCO. The salesman said it was samie all the way through. We'll see when it gets here..
