  • Dear Newegg Support,

I recently purchased a pair of logitech headphones from your website. The package arrived empty. It came in a UPS envelope that was never sealed. The protective sticker is still on the sticky part. I have contacted UPS and they said they would start a claim but I have already waited a week for my item.

    Sincerely,
    Michael Cuyler
    Dear Newegg Support,

My new GPU is eating PSUs :(

On Tuesday of this week I ordered a Sapphire HD 5850 from Newegg and received it on Friday. Since receiving it, it killed my old PSU and now proceeded to kill a brand new Corsair 850W PSU. I'm really unhappy with this GPU and would like to return it to get a different GPU instead. I have my eye on a GTX470 for this purpose. Would it be possible for me to do this?

Thank you very much for reading this, and any support you can provide would be much appreciated.

    Sincerely,
    Derek Smith
shipping costs for Videocards/RAM and Motherboard. Asus sent me a replacment board with two faulty RAM slots and the incompatibility with the Video Cards is still an issue. When I call Asus to remedy the problem, they tell me I have to send them my Motherboard (my computer has been down for ages) and I will be without it for another 2 weeks. There is no guarantee they will not send me another faulty board or even be able to fix my problem and I will be out another $20 dollars.

I really really need help, is there any corporate number for Asus that is available to me or is there a way for New egg to contact them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,
    Chester Simon
    Dear Newegg Support,

I don't know who else to turn to with this problem.

about 4 or 5 months ago I purchased a Asus Maximus III Formula from Newegg. I will start by saying it was Open Box, so I do expect a certain amount of problems. However, after a few weeks I was noticing some stability issues with the Video Cards I was running and was having problems with the motherboard recognizing all 8GB of RAM. (All of these products were bought from Newegg).

I contacted Asus in an attempt to fix the problem both with software and later with a Motherboard RMA. I have replaced every component in my computer and I am at my wits end. Asus has gave me the run around with their RMA procedures and I have spent about $100 dollars just in RMA
