    All of them ran bare die, antoniskots got 10C worse temps, he posted pics of the bare die mount. I have never seen anyone remove 87 w/mk solder...

    Any cpu that has paste tim will be around 5 w/mk, just arent any much higher ones used in tim1. But I dont know which amd cpus use paste vs solder...

    Intel uses indium solder. The conductance of indium is 82 w/mk. You cant just use any solder on a chip, and no one has used leaded solder on cpus...
