switching accounts in outlook 2002

ok, basically I have more than 1 email address set up for my ISP in outlook, one for personal, one for business. how do I tell outlook which account to get the email from? I would prefer to "log" into outlook as a different user for each accoutn. is this possible and if so, how do i do it?
