Hello

I am starting to oc my system and when i start to raise the FSB it also raises the memory speed. The memory speed by default is 800mhz - when i raise the FSB to 400 it then adds 100 to the speed of the memory. My only option is to set the memory speed manually to 750 which is 50mhz lower then stock. Im sure this is a easy answer but any advice would be great.

P.S. i am trying to oc one thing at a time - i dont want to get into raising voltages at the moment.

You need to set your mem divider to 1:1. In the BIOS press Ctrl+F1 in the main BIOS screen to have access to the memory related options. :)

thanks - it is worded differently in the bios - i was looking for something that looked like

1:1 etc .
